আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার করার মানেই হলো আপনি আমাদের টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলো পড়ে নিয়েছেন এবং এতে সম্মত আছেন। কিন্তু, আপনি যদি আমাদের টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলোতে সম্মত না থাকেন, তাহলে আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার না করাটাই শ্রেয়। এটি Dinajpur Mart এবং আপনার মধ্যকার End-User লাইসেন্স এগ্রিমেন্ট, যাতে লাইসেন্সর বা আমরা হচ্ছি” Dinajpur Mart” এবং আপনি হচ্ছেন গ্রাহক কিংবা কাস্টমার।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট এবং/অথবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোন প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের একজন ইউজার হলেন এবং আমাদের সার্ভিসের সাথে সংযুক্ত হলেন এবং আমাদের “Terms of Service”, “Terms of use” অথবা “Terms” এর সাথে সম্মতি পোষন করলেন। এই টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলো সকল ওয়েবসাইট ইউজার, যারা ব্রাউজ করছেন, ভেন্ডর, কাস্টমার, মার্চেন্টস, এফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রামার এবং/অথবা কন্টেন্ট কন্ট্রিবিউটরদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

◉ ইনবক্সে প্রোডাক্ট বা অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত বিষয় ছাড়া অন্য আলোচনা থেকে বিরত থাকুন ।
◉ যে প্রোডাক্টটি কিনতে চান তার ছবিসহ আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নাম্বার পেইজে ইনবক্স করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করুন।
◉ ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়, কিন্তু ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের বাইরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় না। ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের বাহিরে আপনাকে ফুল পেমেন্ট এডভান্স বিকাশ করতে হবে।
◉ ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার Quantity যদি বেশি থাকে বা প্রোডাক্টের প্রাইস ৫০০০ টাকার বেশী হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে ৫০% এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করতে হবে তবেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবে। বাকি ৫০% প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর দিতে হবে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না। কোনো কারনে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করলে কোনো টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে না। বিকাশের ওই এডভান্স ৫০% পেমেন্ট অফেরতযোগ্য।
◉ Quantity বেশি হলে সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি সময়ও বাড়বে।
◉ অনিবার্য কারণে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি দিতে সময় লাগতে পারে। সেটি আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
◉ ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের বাহিরে অর্ডার করলে প্রোডাক্ট এর ফুল পেমেন্ট এডভান্স বিকাশ করতে হবে তবেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবে। একবার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে তা ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না তাই অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে ভালো করে বুঝে শুনে অর্ডার করুন ।
◉ কোনো কারনে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করলে আপনার ফুল পেমেন্ট হতে আপনাকে ৫০% টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে । বিকাশের ওই ফুল এডভান্স পেমেন্ট অফেরতযোগ্য। তাই অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে ভালো করে বুঝে শুনে অর্ডার করুন ।
◉ দিনাজপুর শহরের মধ্যে কোন প্রোডাক্ট নিলে আপনাকে ৫০ টাকা এবং ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ৬০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে | ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের বাইরে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে কুরিয়ার করা হবে ।
◉ ঢাকা ও দিনাজপুর শহরের বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা থেকে শুরু (Depends on products size) ।
◉ ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ ফুল পেমেন্ট কুরিয়ার এর আগে বিকাশ করতে হবে।
◉ প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার ৬-৮ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি পাবেন। হাতে ওরকম সময় নিয়ে অর্ডার করবেন। এটা নির্ভর করবে আপনি কি প্রোডাক্ট নিছেন তার উপর। এ জন্য সময় কম বা বেশি লাগতে পারে।
◉ আপনার অর্ডারটি আমরা যে কোনো সময় ক্যান্সেল করার ক্ষমতা রাখি। আমাদের কারণে যদি অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হয় তাহলে আপনি যে টাকা পেমেন্ট করেছেন সেটি ফেরত পাবেন।
◉ Gadget’s item নেওয়ার সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী Man এর সামনে Check করে নিবেন তা না হলে পরে কোনো Complain গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা।
◉ Gadgets Item কুরিয়ারে যারা নিবেন অবশ্যই Unboxing ভিডিও বানাবেন, তা না হলে আমরা কোনো প্রকার হেল্প করতে পারবনা সমস্যা হলে।
◉ Product এ Warranty থাকবে সেসব Product এ Warranty Claim করার পর Product এর ডেলিভারি চার্জ Customer কে বহন করতে হবে।
◉ আমাদের পেজ এর প্রোডাক্ট এর দাম ফিক্সড। "Cost & Effort" হিসাব করেই সব পণ্যের দাম নির্ধারণ করা হয় এবং চেষ্টা করা হয় সাধ ও সাধ্যের সমন্বয় করার। সকল পণ্যের সাথেই Material Cost, Packing Cost, Transportation Cost ইত্যাদি আনুষঙ্গিক খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত। তাই আমাদের সাথে ইনবক্স এ বার্গেনিং করে অথবা অন্য পেজ এর রেফারেন্স দিয়ে আমাদের লজ্জিত করবেন না।

◉ Refrain from discussions other than the product or order-related matters in the inbox.
◉ Confirm the order by inboxing your name, address, and phone number along with the picture of the product you want to buy.
◉ Cash on delivery is provided between Dhaka and Dinajpur city, but cash on delivery is not provided outside Dhaka and Dinajpur city. Outside Dhaka and Dinajpur city, you need to make a full payment advance.
◉ If your order quantity is more between Dhaka and Dinajpur city or the product price is more than 5000 rupees, then you need to pay 50% advance payment only then the order will be confirmed. The remaining 50% should be paid after receiving the product. Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. No refund will be given if the order is canceled for any reason. 50% advance payment of BKash is non-returnable.
◉ If the quantity is more, then the delivery time will also increase.
◉ Product delivery may take time due to unavoidable reasons. It will be communicated to you.
◉ If ordering outside Dhaka and Dinajpur city, the full payment of the product must be made in advance only then the order will be confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, so please understand the order carefully before confirming the order.
◉ If you cancel the order for any reason, you will be refunded 50% of your full payment. Full advance payment of bKash is non-returnable. So please order carefully before confirming the order.
◉ If you buy any product within Dinajpur city, you have to pay 50 taka, and the delivery charge within Dhaka city is 60 taka. Courier will be done through Sundarban Courier outside Dhaka and Dinajpur city.
◉ Delivery charges outside Dhaka and Dinajpur city starts from Tk 130 (depending on product size).
◉ Full payment including delivery charges must be developed before the courier.
◉ Product will be delivered within 6-8 days of ordering. Order with such time in hand. It depends on the product you are taking. This may take more or less time.
◉ We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. If the order is canceled due to us, you will get a refund of the amount paid.
◉ When taking the gadget's item, you must check it in front of the delivery man, otherwise, no complaint will be accepted later.
◉ Those who take Gadgets Items in courier must make an unboxing video, otherwise we can't help in any way if there is a problem.
◉ After making a warranty claim on the products that have a warranty, the customer has to bear the delivery charge of the product.
◉ Our page product price is fixed. All products are priced by calculating "Cost & Effort" and attempts are made to balance effort and affordability.
